Return & Exchange Policy

At AstarQala, we try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. In case you're not, please follow the below process for initiating exchange & return of your order. 

 


Exchange Policy

We'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. 

  • SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.

Please Note:
You need to enter the order number & your email/registered phone number. You can exchange the same product in a different colour/size option.

  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece delivered. The exchange process will start as soon as we receive the return product. Please Note: The overall process can take upto 10-15 days.
  • Shipping charges for the reverse pickup will be bared by customer.

Return Policy
Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

  • RETURN REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ENTERTAINED IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED ONLY AN UNTEMPERED PACKAGE.
 
In case of Prepaid Return, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping charges for sending back the product to our warehouse. Full amount will be given in form of coupon code to the customer after making a deduction of standard delivery charges paid by AstarQala at the time of generating the reverse pickup.
 
  • Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:
    1. Name: AstarQala
    2. Address: 1103 A, Emaar The Palm Square, Sector - 66, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon - 122018. 

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
 
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after 12 hours of the order being placed. Paid Orders cannot be cancelled.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at support@astarqala.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
 
Exchange / Return for International Orders
No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
