Shopping
Browse through our shop section. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Shopping Bag’ button below each item.
Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. You can use the 'Remove Item' link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button.
To complete your order, click on 'Proceed to Check Out' button.
All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care.
In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.
Payments
At AstarQala, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop.

Shipping & Delivery
You can track your order from our chatbot down at left. Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, we’re just a quick email away.
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Bluedart, Delhivery) and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
We process your orders within 24 hours and ship them via our trusted logistic partners.
Domestic shipping can take up to 4-5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
